He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing from The College of New Jersey in 2003 and was involved in six organizations there, including the Leadership Development Program, the Student Government Association, and Residence Life.

A pioneer with a mission to guide others in Becoming The Coach Of Their Own Lives™, Joe has spent the last seven years of his life moving towards his vision and breaking ground to help people transform paralysis into intent. His impact has taken him through more than 15 states and West Africa.
