Elizabeth Faircloth, MSW

Elizabeth Faircloth holds a Masters degree from the University of Pennsylvania. While attending University of Pennsylvania, she studied at the Wharton Business School and the School of Social Work. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Rowan University, Glassboro, NJ.

Elizabeth is the first female certified Collegiate EmPowerment Coach and co-author of the bestselling book, Inspiration for Student Leaders (a book which has been read by students from over 3,000 college campuses!). As a Collegiate EmPowerment Coach, Elizabeth has spoken to students from over 250 universities and colleges across the United States at campus-wide and national conferences. She has taught seminars and workshops in the areas of organizational leadership, personal development, goal setting, and communication strategies.

Her experience in graduate school is diverse – grounded in both education and extensive fieldwork. Having been a counselor and teacher, Elizabeth has taught diverse groups of people practical strategies on how to maximize their potential and achieve quality results.

In addition to her work with Collegiate EmPowerment, Elizabeth also serves as a consultant with Augur Inc. Augur Inc. specializes in organizational development with key focus areas that include: providing an objective framework for hiring and retaining best talent; helping organizations identify and understand organizational culture from a behavioral perspective; valuing people diversity from a behavioral perspective; leadership development; enhancing individual and group communication and effectiveness.

Outside of her coaching and consulting work, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her husband, Matt, and friends and family. An avid real estate investor, it is Elizabeth’s life time ambition to become financially independent so as to serve as a mentor to younger woman and non profit organizations.
