💫 We know your budget is limited. Don’t worry; we’ve got your back.

As a 501c3 nonprofit educational organization, we can leverage grant funding and other resources and may be able to work around your budget—particularly during the non-peak season—so that you can keep doing the great programming that you do. Simply talk to your CE Enrollment Consultant.

DISCOUNTED RATES

PAY IN ADVANCE: Save your campus money when tuition is paid in full 30 days prior to the first event.

STANDARD RATES

PAY IN 30 DAYS: All non-discounted events must be paid in full within 30 days of the first event.

When the client is unable to meet the payment terms for the Discounted Rates, or if any payment is late, the agreement will automatically be converted to the Standard Rates.

When payment terms are not met or any installment payment is late, the client agrees to pay an additional $500 late fee. Collegiate Empowerment reserves the right to pause, reschedule, or cancel upcoming events.

A $250 surcharge is added to late bookings within four weeks of the event for additional admin, rush customization, and higher travel costs.

We offer a promotional rate for first-time clients during the off-peak season—this rate is not available from July through September. Name your price and let’s see what we can do.

Are you planning a leadership conference, an expansive series, a hybrid experience, professional development for your staff, or any other customized package? We’ve got your back. Let us know how we can support you here.

Need virtual programming?

Add a digital program to any on-campus package for only $1,000 each. Your best bet is a Preview and a Review Session for student leaders, orientation leaders, or club leaders to help them prepare for the big on-campus event and then to follow up afterwards. For digital-only packages, the first show is $3,500 and every subsequent show in the package is only $1,000.
