• No, we can’t change payment terms. Your student’s tuition is due before classes start. Your first event with us already happened: the consultation; next up is customization.

PAYMENT TERMS & POLICIES

• DISCOUNTED: PAY IN ADVANCE: Save your campus money when tuition is paid in full 30 days prior to the first event.

  • When the client is unable to meet the payment terms for the Discounted Rates, the agreement will automatically be converted to the Standard Rates.

• STANDARD: PAY IN 30 DAYS: All non-discounted events must be paid in full within 30 days of the first event.

  • When payment terms are not met or any installment payment is late, Collegiate Empowerment reserves the right to pause, reschedule, or cancel upcoming events and the client agrees to pay a $500 reinstatement fee.

• The first payment will indicate acceptance of this agreement and the terms stated herein.

• If your account is past due and in order to ensure your event date, all campus partners with a credit card on file with us will be charged automatically.

EVENT DATE CHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

If the client…

• postpones the event within one week before show time, both parties agree to reschedule within 30 days of the cancellation date, and the client will pay an additional 50% of the contracted fee and all travel-related expenses within 14 days.

• cancels the event indefinitely after one week of booking, the client agrees to pay 25% of the contracted fee plus all travel-related expenses within 14 days of the cancellation date.

MUTUAL INDEMNIFICATION

Each party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the other, its employees, and independent contractors from any and all claims, demands, suits, expenses, attorney fees, or other judgments as a result of voluntary participation in the activities in this agreement; excluding incidents that arise out of negligence or misconduct.
