Your Live Customized Digital Empowerment Series

• 45-60 minute live educational production delivered online in real-time for New Student Orientation (and 60-75 minutes for student leaders).

• We provide a Facilitator to deliver the show and a Moderator to manage the experience.

• And no, we’re not sitting down during this performance. :)

Not Some “Webinar”

We push back very hard against webinars. If you want zero engagement and limited interaction, have a webinar. (Same reason we don’t recommend pre-recorded sessions.) We use Zoom Meetings and we do everything we would in an on-campus visit…

• Video on to connect and interact face-to-face and so that everyone can see everyone else participate.

• Microphones on for call-backs, hearing the laughter, and applause (but we Mute All when necessary).

• Chat for conversation to give as many participants as possible the ability to respond and be heard.

• Breakouts (for audiences less than 250) for building connections and small groups discussions.

• Spotlight view to give the student volunteers the stage when they share with the audience.

We will use our Zoom platform that can host up to 1,000 participants and we can have two sessions to host as many students as possible and give them two alternative times to be able to attend at the time that works best for them. (That’s right, when you book or convert to a remote event with us, we give you two digital sessions for the price of one!) We also manage all of the settings backstage for a stellar experience and so you don’t have to worry about it. We’re here to make your job easier and help you look like a hero!

• We can support you on campus with a live audience in one room or streamed to multiple rooms.

• We can support you remotely with a live audience in one room, multiple rooms, and/or individual rooms.

Simple Setup + Q&A

• You can choose any show for your digital events, even if your original on-campus event was going to be different...and you can change your mind almost any time.

• We will use our own platform so we can set the stage and manage the settings without making your job more complicated. If you want to use your own platform, please note there is an additional $375 service fee.

  The service fee is so that our Managing Director can set up a strategy meeting with you to review all of your current settings and how we will either adapt to them or adjust them to suit the experience we are creating for your students. Some changes in settings dramatically change the way we are able to deliver your event. Thereafter we will prepare our team and customize the show for you based on the agreed-upon settings.

• Yes, we can add your slides into our platform to create a seamless experience for the campus community. Please provide these three days in advance.

• Note: our job is to make your job easier, so if your question can be answered in a way that will do that for you, you can almost assume that’s the answer.
