The Collegiate Empowerment Facilitator Certification guides you through high-level customized training throughout your time with us, working with Master Level Performers and mentors. You will have the opportunity to pursue the following Collegiate Empowerment® Certifications in your first year:

1. The Collegiate Empowerment® Educational Production Certification™

   • Discover how to Make Learning A Want To (Not A Have To) with our Experience Development Framework™.

2. The Collegiate Empowerment® Educational Performer Certification™

   • Elevate your high performance state, audience management, and tech capabilities to deliver a refreshing performance, bring the content to life, and kick ass on stage.

You will also have the potential to gain licenses for many of our shows from our Empowerment Education vault, of which we have over 150+ hours of curriculum. AND you get the slideshow packages (beautiful PowerPoint slides with scripts, audio, and video) with every license.

It all starts with our bestselling shows during New Student Orientation (NSO)...

So that we don’t waste each other’s time, please know that all performers MUST be available the following dates:

NSO Launch is Wednesday and Thursday, July 30th–31st in Princeton.
NSO Peak Weeks run August 14th–24th on college campuses.
NSO Debrief is Wednesday, September 10th via Zoom.

As you prepare to take the stage for client events to perform CE shows and seminars, you will…

• Expand your talents in how to deliver scripted solo performances in theatres, auditoriums, multipurpose rooms, and sometimes a random gymnasium with audiences of all sizes.

• Learn hundreds of performance tricks as you become a brilliant educator while honing your personal stagecraft.

• Provide the audience with what might be their first fun lecture ever...but don’t you dare call it a lecture; it’s an educational performance.

The Collegiate Empowerment Facilitator Certification includes:

• Onboarding, training, and rehearsals (6–10 sessions via video and in person)

• Monthly goal planning and prep calls during Preseason and Peak Season (via video)

• Two-day certification and licensing summits (in person the last week of July)

• Slideshow packages (two in your Rookie year and more as you advance)

• Personalized performance coaching, customization, and support
